Cancellation policy

For your continued carefree holiday planning we offer the following cancellation conditions for direct bookings:

Cancellation up to 14 days before your arrival is FREE OF CHARGE.
If you cancel within these 14 days, if you do not arrive at all or if you leave early, we charge 90% of the total price according to the offer.
Room cancellations are only valid in writing.
Please note that for minimum stay dates booked, a free reduction of the booking is not possible at any time.
