Corona concept

Stay safe in your holidays!

For us at the Seehotel Lackner, the safety and the well-being of our guests as well as our employees has the highest priority.

So that you can plan your holidays carefree we have developed a comprehensive hygiene concept and further the prescribed measures in our house:

What do I have to observe as a guest?

  • At your arrival you need a negative test result (antigen or PCR test) which is not older than 48 hours (antigen test) or 72 hours (PCR test) at your check-in. If you can provide a vaccination certificate (from 22 days after the first dose until maximum one year) or a written confirmation that you have had COVID-19 in the last 6 months you do not need a negative test result.
  • Travelling to Austria from neighbouring countries and most of the other European countries is substantially facilitated: According to the current regulations you solely need a proof that you are either vaccinated, or tested, or have recovered from Covid-19. You do not need to register anymore before your entry as of 10 June 2021.

  • After arrival, guests who have not recovered or are vaccinated are obligated to do a registered test every other day. In Mondsee you have the possibility to do a test. It is desirable to sign up in advance but not mandatory and the tests are free of charge for everyone!
  • You are obliged to wear a FFP2 mask when you enter public areas; except when you sit at your table.
  • Breakfast: warm drinks and egg dishes are served by us. The buffet can only be accessed with a mouth-nose-protection, disinfected hands and your own presentation cutlery which you will find on your table.
  • Dinner: will be served by us (no buffet).
  • A minimum distance of 1 metres to other guests, except members of your group, is obligatory.
  • The safety distance between the tables is given.
  • The allowed number of persons at one table are max. 8 adults (indoor) or 16 adults (outdoor) plus underage children. There are no limits for the number of households.
  • The closing time is midnight.
  • A lot of free space can naturally be found outdoors, on our spacious lake terrace and our bathing beach.

Provided that the following rules are observed, you can relax in our small fine spa even in times like these.

  • Use of the saunas, steam baths and infrared cabins only after signing up.
  • Max. 4 persons are allowed in the spa area.
  • Use of the Finnish sauna, the herb sauna, the steam bath and the infrared cabin only with people of the same household.
  • A minimum distance of two metres and the obligation to wear masks in the entrance area and indoor.
  • On the loungers, in the saunas and in the showers you do not need to wear masks.
  • Massages can be booked if you sign up on time.

Your safety is ensured above all by our employees as well as your hosts Manuela Gsenger and Martin Lackner - we are always there for you.

This project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund and the State of Upper Austria.
