Having mastered his skills with legendary Austrian chef Karl Eschlbock, he ventured abroad and spent many years mastering his talent at some of the world's most renowned restaurants. In 1999, his passion brought him back home, where he became proprietor of Lake Hotel Lackner and made it the home of his gourmet restaurant.
